I would think that your spindle speed is to high try to cut it half and try it.

i have the hd model and it also has flex in the gantry. i found that it comes from the linear bearings. i have ordered new thompson linear adjustable bearings to replace the oem bearings. i will post again after i install and see how they help Dan

I use a small wire brush about the size of a tooth brush they work well

Dont get to far away with your computer you have to use your mouse to jog the gantry into position to zero the mach.I use a wireless mouse but they still dont have
alot of range. Dan
