Re: Spindle water question...
Distilled water should not get slimy. If you add a touch of bleach it probably wouldn't hurt.

Re: Shark HD4 Extended stand
I would want it sitting directly on the floor, mostly for the ability to ensure it is as perfectly level as possible. If casters shift, it can throw off the level, and add tension to the legs causing twist. Of course all of this depends on how 'rigid' your construction is. If you are building this o...

Re: Shark Pro Plus HD (original) help
Well, shipped off the controller to NextWave so I will be out of commission for the better part of a month. Maybe more depending on how long it takes to ship and then test/fix it.

Re: Shark Pro Plus HD (original) help
Now unfortunately the issue is happening again, with the cables stretched out (unbent).
I have tried emailing NextWave, so we will see what they have to say. Unfortunately they do not have phone call support on weekends, and I'm typically not in my shop when their support is open.

Shark Pro Plus HD (original) help
Hey everyone, I've had this shark for six or seven years, since the HD first came out. It has worked great over the years. Now it is no longer moving in the Y-axis (my X since I changed the cables). It can't seem to turn the screw under the table. My plan is to strip the top off, and see if there is...

Re: Custom T-shirts on the CNC Shark
Cool idea. How did you keep the cutter from going all the way through the backing of the vinyl?
