New zeroing/mapping to cost $$$$$
Just got off the phone with tech support and the new zeroing/mapping software will be available in the next week or 2, no exact date available. It will have a cost attached to it, they said, between $100.00 -$150.00 Is it just me feeling like there is NO customer service AFTER you have bought a shar...

Re: Shark table/bed upgrade
I do realize that very quickly I could find myself spending too much money on this machine. But, I do want to increase the bed length and if that full fills my immediate needs, then I will hold off on modifying the gantry. I appreciate the input and links everyone! I will post updates when I am unde...

Re: Shark table/bed upgrade
Hi Ralph. No, my reason for going to aluminum is I feel a $1000.00 plus shipping and down time to NWA is not worth it and the cutting area increase is definitely not worth there price. So for the same or possibly less amount of money spent, why not increase the table to what I want and at the same t...

Shark table/bed upgrade
Hello again, I am looking to see if anyone has or has considered making their own table/bed upgrade... I only found out about this upgrade thru a conversation with a fellow forum member. I contacted Rockler, they told me contact NWA, NWA told me that I would need to take apart the machine and ship t...

Re: It really cant be this tough.....
Tech support mentioned getting a larger SD card, so I will take care of that today I will also run the vetric sample up in the "air" and see if it repeats.... I will check all screws on the drive shaft, But the control box heating up is still a concern... Electrical supply is all new and to code, sc...

It really cant be this tough.....
Okay, I've watched all the tutorials again and again.... Un-installed all the NWA downloads, re-installed the, re-registered them, removed the dust boot, removed vacuum hose, removed cover to control panel, all connections are secure, removed SD card and plugged back in, created to new test files, o...
