Tiling issue
This is my first attempt at tiling. I have a 48x5 3/4 board. I want to use dowel holes to index x0. I put the 0 holes in the spoil board. Pic 1. Then mounted the board to be carved. I placed another dowel hole at Y 16. When I ran a test the y 16 hole is about an 1/8 short of y 16. It seems it is at ...

Problem resolved. Electrical surge. Learned an expensive lesson. New motherboard on the cp unit.

virtual touch plate connection trouble
When I activate the virtual zero, I get a message that says " cannot detect touch plate. I have un plugged and re plugged several times with no success. Any suggestions? Controller 5697 M.

I'm thinking of using a 1/2 dia round nose or 1/4 dia round nose.

I have been asked bu my grand daughter to make some 18-20 inch trays similar to these for her wedding. Her choice if design. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Could someone tell me if the aluminum gantry upgrade wil fit a Mako? And if it does did it help make the gantry more rigid?

Karen w helped. The font I used for some reason loaded vertical. Not sure why. But I changed fonts , loaded horizontal like normal and it worked perfectly.
