For some reason, my virtual zero on my CP 2.1 has vanished. Anyone have any ideas why or how I can get it back?

I have a CNC Shark and I recently purchased a Slimline. My question is; Will the controller software I have on my laptop allow for two different controllers and touchplates?

Ok, thanks. I'm not looking to run both simultaneously, just one at a time but I would need the control software to recognize each controller...

Shark 3D newbie question

I'm starting to attempt 3D with my CNC Shark. Is there a special bit that I should be getting or do I just use a v-bit or other standard bit?

Surge protector Joules rating

What Joules rating would you recommend for a surge protector to plug the controller box into, or does it matter what the rating is? I see protectors that are rated from 300 joules to over 4000 joules. Is it just the old "bigger is better" theory?

Any information will be appreciated.

It hasn't happened to either of the two Sharks I oversee, but one has popped a fuse twice so far. My thoughts include: Check the fuse. It is a slide-out tray under the power plug jack. There should also be a spare in there. Second thought: Contact NextWave support. If you literally saw a puff of sm...
