Hello all, I have a black diamond shark. Ever since I had it, the USB cable keeps disconnecting at the most inopportune times!! I have switch out USB cables about 4 times since I have had it and it does not stop the problem. Does anybody have any idea how to fix it? Thanks for your time.

Thanks 4D, I will check that out. I manage to get it connected for a little this morning enough to send the GCODE to the box and bam...... the controller blew my last fuse.... my luck. but thanks again!!

Never mind, just found the problem. there is a fuse box directly below where the AC plugs into and there are two fuses.... one was burnt and the other was a spare. works fine now.
