cutting circles

I have a problem with my cnc shark--when i'm cutting circles it leaves a notch in the circle has any one else have this problem?
Not sure it its hardware or software issue!!

Problem with scan probe

I have question: Is the touch probe temperature sensitive? It seems the probe hangs up off of the surface ( hi limits) for sometime while doing and X axis which is the longest scan (21 inches). Any ideas as to why or what I can do to correct. The size of the scan is X = 21" x Y = 9" . Should I rever...
