My new CNC shark4 HD pro is not cutting even either. Had to try to square it up myself. Very disappointed also. I also had some problems when stopping a cut, it drags across the wood ruining the project.

Yeah I know I can call there, was just putting it out there in case anyone knew the answer.

I recently purchased the new Shark HD4. I also have the Shark HD 3 pro plus. Just wondering if I could purchase a separate color controller box for my HD3 ( like the new one with the HD4)

Thanks guys! I don't make cupcakes however I do make them when I make a stand to get pictures:) I think everyone here is cupcaked out as the last ones I made are still on the counter lol. I make the stands and all the paper decorations including the cupcake wrappers

The light bulb still has not came on, is there anyone in Michigan that is willing to show me? Or close to Michigan?

I thought it had to be above 50. Being from MI also, I had the old chicken coop foam sealed, installed a lp wall heater and walaa, I'm ready to go! Lol, just kidding, I have no idea how to use this machine.
