"Not coming out right" doesn't give us a lot to go on. What's wrong with them? If you run the same sequence again, do they come out deformed in an identical manner? Or is the deformation different each time?

Sadly, no. You'd need to install your own limit switch system to get precise repeatability in placement each time. The closest I've gotten is turning off the machine, not moving it, then turning it on the next day. It winds up in the same position, but it's possible to gain/lose a step on the motors...

Absolutely. As long as you keep alignment, it works great. In fact, VCarve even supports feeding your workpieces through like that.

I'm glad I missed the bullet on that one. Sure, it's a little annoying to dedicate a cheap computer to the CNC, but the only problems I every see with this setup on the forum is when the USB cable is bad. Pendants seem to have all sorts of problems.

Not only do the pendants seem to have issues, most longtime users on the forum have the control box USB solution, so it's harder to get group answers on pendants.
