I am struggling terribly getting letters to merge. I don't know what I am doing wrong. Do you have a step by step already in place somewhere?

I am trying to edit my tool path and have followed all of the editing steps per the manual. When I change the roughing out of a object from .2 to .1 and update it will not keep my changes. It insists on returning to the .2 depth. Why is this and how do I make it change, or can't I?

We ordered our Shark on June 1st. Rockler said that it would take 1 to 2 weeks. When we called and checked they said 2-3 weeks. Has anyone else had this delay in shipping?
