So far all that I'm aware of is: keep the ventilation ports clear of debree and I use a Q-tip with rubbing alcohol to keep the lens clean periodically while burning.

I am looking for a BobCAD V-25 post that will produce a usable program for my Shark HD 4. The post outputs a G83 code for peck drilling, but when I run the program in the Shark it plunges to depth instead of pecking. Everything else seems ok. I will be watching this forum for info on the laser. My HD4 package came with the laser, but I am not even close to trying it out. Being under 3 watts, I realize it is only for very lite engraving.
