Thanks for all the possibilities. I opened the box and all wires were tight and on connectors correctly. Only running router on output. I'll keep you updated

Why would the fuse blow? Was running a pocket profile taking .1 inch and blew fuse twice. BTW, thanks for putting in the spare.

Has anyone tried the duplicator? Is it worth the $$$$? How accurate is it?

Is it better to spin small bits (.062) faster or slower when engraving wood? I'm sure there are more variables but I have snapped 2 bits already. Vetric Aspire software and DeWalt router. Thanks!

I tried to run it again by I assume the "A" axis was at a different spot than when it initially started because it tried the back of the bat. I was hoping something in the G-code could help me align it properly?
