We have a Shark ll router with 2d software. I am looking for someone that would create the .crv and .tap files for a "Drawer Face" that is x= 16" z = .75" y = 7.5". Attached is a crude drawing however the profile of the piece is accurate. Let me know if you are interested and what the cost would be....

On the machine I touch the tip of the bit on the spoil board and "Set" it at .000
In the file I have been setting the Start Depth at .0. After looking more closely at "D" I should be setting the start depth at .5. Correct?

I created a new .crv and .tap file for the same project. I have attached them both.A similar thing is happening. With this .tap file the first cut is .5" deep rather than .375

Need more help.
When I create the tool path file I "lose" the .crv file
So I don't have it. I can recreate it by starting over. Is that the best alternative?

Z axis cut depth
The attached file is to cut 14 small crosses out of a Y= 5.5" x X=24" x Z=.5" piece of poplar. The depth of cut is intended to be 1st .125' deep 2nd .25" 3rd .375 4th .5 The first cut is .3125 (5/16) and it is too much for the machine. The last cut is very close to .5".
