The white wires are for the homing sensors that are built into the machine. They allow you to consistently auto home your x and y axis to the bottom left corner.

UPDATE: Coupler on y-axis was faulty and slipping. NextWave shipped out a new coupler and all seems to be right.

I suppose I could have provided some more detail. Lol.

I designed it in Fusion 360 and 3D printed it.

Got sick of my touch plate wandering off so I created my own solution. Works well and mounts to the side of my Shark Table.

Any best practices when making small circles in the 1” range?

I’m having trouble with them. Either they are undersized or not circular or both. Just generally inconsistent.

I’m on an HD520 and VCarve Pro.
