Re: New bed on an old shark pro

I did mine about 6 months ago. Next Wave had great instructions and it only took about 45 minutes to do.

Carving a gunstock

A friend of mine asked if I could carve a design in his gunstock with my CNC Shark pro. I only do signs using V Carve Pro. What would I need (software & other hardware) if it is possible to do carving on gunstocks?

Thanks,

Just installed my new aluminum table. It took about 1 hour. Piece of cake to do.

Re: Sharks in Florida

I have a Shark pro. I live about 20miles south of Ocala. Mine has the wooden table but I have an aluminum one on order. You are more than welcome to come see it. I don't do any woodworking, the only thing I cut is HDPE (King Colorcore)

Re: Sourcing plastic sign sheeting

I buy my King color core from Total Plastics. I make lamppost signs for our community here in Florida. Total is a good company to work with.

Re: Z axis won't move

They sent me separate ground wires to attach to each motor.

Hope this fixes the problem that I have been having.

Re: Z axis won't move

Sent overnight to the boys @ next wave. They replaced the x,y,z board shipped back to me with a retro fit (grounding wires) and I am back up & running. They were great. Thanks to Tim & his crew.
