One thing had not tried yet, was to restart the computer. Seems to have fixed the problem. So if nothing else, maybe this can be used to let anyone else who may have the problem what to try.

Really like the butterflies! came out very nice! Not sure how you planned on lighting them, but if you can put them over a light box so the light shines up at the plex without too much shinning thru, you should get the edges to 'glow' Makes for a very nice display. you probably have extruded acrylic...
