I actually had more prompt and friendly support from the Facebook group. Some of your replies were not helpful in the least. Your need to look down on new folks doesn't belong here.

I had unknowingly left tge plastic rings on the router. Which lifted the router out of the holder.
Remove the depth adjustment rings on the router. I didn't know they came off.

Thank you for replying. The answer to your suggestions. 1. The Dewalt (approved model) can not go farther down in the mount. 2. I see where the gantry holes are. The setup indicates that I need three holes filled with screws. I am at the lowest setting in the gantry legs without losing screws. 3. Ra...

I have recently installed the HD520 SPOIL BOARD KIT in hopes of solving my flatness issues and providing myself with a grid that is square to the machine rather than the bed.
