I don't think it is the cable or USB port because machine will jog, etc, just won't load a file. I did try several different files from past jobs. Actually the one I was going to run is an frequently run job. You have great ideas though; keep thinking about it. And thank you.

I did check this. I shut down the computer and restarted, but still got message. Thank you for replying.

Yesterday all was fine. Today when I tried to load a toolpath to carve, I got a "load error message" Tried several different files. Even changed the simm card (wasn't a new simm card, just a different one). Still getting message. Shark pro. Help please.

Ed, that plate is absolutely gorgeous! I'm a quilter and I know the guild should do great with it! I have tried to find a program (pattern) for a plate to carve on my Shark Pro. Can you tell me where I can get one. Don't know how to make a program myself.

I have the Shark Pro. I've had the program for the Cut 3d for months now and have been unable to run it on the shark. I have copied the Vcarve shark pp into the Cut 3d pp folder but it still doesn't show in the drop down when saving toolpaths of Cut 3d. Please help.
