Re: Shark Pro Plus "table"

Here is a GREAT after market item for Rockler - T-Track beds for the CNC machines. My wood/MDF bed is always giving me grief - and every time I change anything, it requires re-leveling (separate topic). It seems that if done well, this would at least create a sufficiently flat surface that we could ...

Re: Shark Pro Plus table

The table looks great. I also built one and the one thing I did - happy that I did - was NOT use casters, but put sliding pads on the bottom. Made them from that white prototyping material and screwed them onto the bottom of the box. Works great. Problem with casters is the table sort of moves aroun...

Re: Cribbage Board

No, the Scrabble board predates the Shark - although if I were willing to round off the tile corners, I probably could use the shark for the recesses. Hmmmm.

Thanks,

Re: Suddenly, I'm not getting accurate routes

Thanks, Ed. Will give that a try. By Offset/Conventional, I believe you mean the direction setting Climb/Conventional? I attached a picture. I'm using VCarvw 3.1 - need to upgrade to 5.x.

Thanks again. Will let you know how it turns out.

Re: Suddenly, I'm not getting accurate routes

OK. First, Tim I did check the connectors and all seem secure. The error appears to be both x and y, as can be seen in the files which I would attach but it won't take a zip file As for the setups, I've attached a bunch of files, and they are described here: 1. Cribbage Board

Having been a cribbage player most of my life, I've made a few boards - some with the Rockler templates. So, when I got the Shark, I thought it was time to try something a bit more elaborate. This one, made of padauk and finished in polyurethane, was for a benefit for a local medical organization. I...

Suddenly, I'm not getting accurate routes

I've had my Shark for more than a year and love it - until today. I was routing some very simple work, pockets comprised of a rectangle with rounded ends, created by joining two circles to the rectangle shape. These are 2 3/4" long and 1/2" wide. I'm using a 1/4" end-mill, and creating several of th...
