I tried 3 different laptops with windows 7 64 bit & get an error when loading the gcode on the shark control panel. I don't think the control panel is compatible windows 7 64 bit on a laptop.

I tried window 7 laptop with 64 bit and get the error everytime. Three different computers.

Is anyone using a new laptop with windows 7 to run the shark pro plus. I have tried 3 new laptops with windows 7 & get error message (ncpodgcodecompiler.exe has stopped working) with all three.

What computer and operating system is everybody else using?

Update It's been about 1 months since I got my shark pro plus. Still get the error message when I try to load the gcode "ncpodgcodecompiler.exe has stopped working." Frustration level is (well we won't go there.) So far I have tried: Returned 1st new HP laptop & purchased a Toshiba laptop. Get error...

The microsoft .net framework 3.5, says it's for windows xp & vista. I'm using windows 7, does that make a difference. Got it to work on my desktop which has windows 7 as well.
