Here is an update: Not heard from Nextwave yet. Not sure what this is - Revised Virtual process. Only uses borders on X or Y axis if borders are less than 15% of span size. Thank you all for the information. When I looked on Next Wave a couldn't find the touch plate cable. Thanks for the link. My son is an electrician and he found that somewhere in the twisted wire area a wire must be broke. We cut the wire at the two plug ends and rewired with new wire and we are back...

Update to my problem of run time

Next Ware found that my control box settings were not set right. They had me reset them and now my run time is the same as my Shark Pro.

I want to thank Next Wave for taking the time to solve the issue.
