djkaukl did speak with Chris at Rockler.
We are getting the issue narrowed down and hope to hear back from him soon.
Chris and he think it may involve a bad USB cable.

Who is using the Shark on acrylics. Can you send some examples of finished work. Are there any special considerations?

You may also want to go to http://www.vectric.com/ for examples of what people are designing using the software.
Be aware that not all the designs have been done using the Shark system, but the galleries do show the versatility of the software.

I would like hear from Shark users that previously used a Compucarve or CarveWright.
How do they compare?
