I have a 2-year-old Shark Pro that I don't use enough. I will sell it for $2995 and deliver it free within 150 miles of Tucson. THE SHARK IS SOLD.

What I am trying to figure out is why doesn't the software vendor give us a more precise jog? If, instead of X+ and X-, they would make it X+_ some number then we could adjust very precisely without all of that time consuming and possibly error-prone hacking. Isn't there some way to request changes ...
