Just wondering, could you use 1 or 1-1/4 inch core box router bit?
For the round holes, use the drill tool path and for the elongated holes follow a vector, allowing for the radius of bit on each end.
Each path would probably take several passes but it seems like it would work.

To use a larger router on the pro plus hd (really both) requires a larger clamp to fit the router. Otherwise, both will handle the the larger router. NWA has the clamp. Most would probably suggest you get the aluminum clamp referred to in other postings if you are going to have to purchase one. Sam

I recently got one of those rubber keyboards ($10). I believe if I can learn the hot - keys, that should work well. I have already been using a monitor on the cnc table top. The dust should not affect the keys on the new keyboard, the laptop stays closed and shielded from the dust on a shelf under t...

With most browsers, you can hold down the Control key and press "-" and the page (picture) will get smaller each time you do ti, Control and "+" and the page will get larger.
