Re: next wave spam filter
I'm confused, if I go through Tim he says he can save me $100 on the upgrade so I don't think going to the vectric site will help. The second problem is the next wave new spam filter. When you send them an email it says repsond to this link and type in numbers and letters to prove you aren't a compu...

next wave spam filter
Tim I'm having problems getting through your spam filter. I sent you my aspire upgrade info on 1/31/11 and have not heard back from your or Vectric. Please advise on how to procede on the aspire upgrade and how to get past your spam filter. The instructions that come from sending you an e-mail did n...

Re: CNC Shark Pro table extention
I was thinking about making a new top, a little bigger and stiffer.
Can I be included on the details on sharp pro table extention?
Don't want to reinvent the wheel if I don't have too.

Re: aspire upgrade
I guess I need a lesson on this web-site. I assummed since Rockler and Next Wave were monitioring it and were responding to questions that were appropriate for them. Should I send these types of questions directly to Rockler andd Next Wave in the future? Is there a way to flag them for Rockler/Next ...

aspire post processor
On the Next Wave site I see seperate post processors for VcarvePro and PhotoCarve.
Thinking about upgrading to Aspire and was wondering which post processor is used.

Re: Foam Board
Eric I had success. The first photo shows what it looks like just after the router finishes. DSC06256.JPG The second photo shows what it looks like after you use 400 grit wet dry sandpaper on the edges and the router bit used. Re: Foam Board
Went out to the shop and found the foamboard example I cut. The foam is perfectly smooth (looks like knife cut it), but the edges (paper) are slightly furry. Now that I know I did do it I gin up a sample and send the settings and photos. I'm certain I used that 1/16" bit, but will also try spiral do...

Re: Foam Board
I successfully cut foam board in the past just to see if it could be done. My wife is a teacher and she has many foam board projects. My results looked like it had been cut with an X-Acto knife. I don't exactly remember, but I am pretty sure I used a 1/16" single flute bit. I will try it again and p...
