made from red oak, pocket screws and glue, graphics are from dover.

Last supper of corian wood is alder.

3d artwork is included with v carve, the molding was a test run with the molding tool path, wood is alder and trimmed with walnut. Used a 1/8 in ball nose on the 3d and a 1/4 in ball on the moulding

I shank the body then used copy and past for the parts to fit on 7x10 inch board .5 inch thick.

it was all painted after carving

The eagle is blue foam, the sign is pine, neighbor wanted something to display with his flag.

used a scroll saw pattern for the emblems and added the star.

Cahir was made with oak dunage salvaged from the dump. The only cnc was making the mortises for the joints.

used reclaimed walnut for the top sides and bottom. front and back are aspen the carving is oak

I took a desk apart and reused the wood along with some scrap oak, the white wood is aspen from a project that didnt work out
