3d artwork is included with v carve, the molding was a test run with the molding tool path, wood is alder and trimmed with walnut. Used a 1/8 in ball nose on the 3d and a 1/4 in ball on the moulding

I shank the body then used copy and past for the parts to fit on 7x10 inch board .5 inch thick.

Cahir was made with oak dunage salvaged from the dump. The only cnc was making the mortises for the joints.
