What happened to "Detect Touchplate"?

Post by KevinO »

For some reason I seem to have lost the "Detect Touchplate" button in the latest version of the software (V2.1 Bld 17). I still have the "Run Virtual Setup" button and my touchplate is registered and functional. Virtual setup works fine using the touchplate. It's a problem because there's no way now to use the touchplate to set the z-axis without running the whole virtual setup.
Anybody else notice this? I'm quite sure I had the button in V2.1 Bld 16.

Problem solved. I re-registered the touchplate and voila the "Detect Touchplate" button returned. Weird because as I said I did have the "Run Virtual Setup" button which usually doesn't show up until the touchplate is properly registered.
OK, back to cutting chips.
