Basic Panel Re-Registration

I crashed my computer and re-installed the Basic Panel with drivers. Works fine, but now I am back in trial mode.

I managed to misplace all the original documentation and so I don't know anymore if there was a serial number that came with my Shark Pro Plus to be entered or if I have to request a new registration from NextWave.
For that matter I am trying to sell the machine anyway and would it be better in that case for the new owner to do that?
