cnc driver file

When I try to load a .tap file, I keep getting a message that says "CNC DRIVER FILE ncPodApi.dll not found" Has anyone else encountered this and can assist me with it ?

it is the driver that loads with the software during the install. There are actually 2 files, one ncpod...DLL, and one ncpod...EXE.
