Virtual Zero Not Detecting

I just bought SCP2 with the V0 Touchplate.
I have registered and installed everything and the plate will not detect.
I have tried everything including suggestions from NWA support.
Anybody got any ideas

Once you register the plate you'll need a code to enter into then controller software. They should send it to you via the email address you used to register the machine.

Thank u 4D but I did all that.
Techs @ NWA think the control box is bad so I shipped it to them 4 repair :(
No Shark for 2-3 weeks :(
