vectric license

Have any of you had trouble getting the license after purchasing their software. I received the download for the software but no license and I cant use it because I can't register without it. Is this normal? I emailed since the phone number make no since and all I get is they will review it.

Mine came with shark and registration was very frustrating- had quick response from them and finally got through it- some was my fault but the way they have you do it_ their system of reg is not very smooth............ but I always got a response right away and problem solved.
