On the cpu I use to creat a program, which has v8.02 on it, I just installed windows 10. I tried to
upgrade to 8.24 and this is what came up...Patch Engine Error (11) invalid start mode
missing_IRAFN command switch..... Is there a way I can get 8.24 installed ? The cpu I use for the controller say's it has all the up grades... Thanks for any info ,,, Gene

You mean upgrade to 8.024 not 8.24. Did you google it? Did you try to reinstall the program?

I did not understand when it said to close the program, it was the program that I had open (vcarve8.0) so I closed it and everything updated.
