I have had this issue before, and with suggestions here was able to get rid of the "line" coming up in the model.

But now it is back and I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but it has ruined two very nice pieces of walnut that are now scrap.

Any ideas? i have included my setup as well.

Were you able to find the old thread and see if somehow the settings had become undone?

Does the simulator in VCarve show that errant cut?
