controller turned router off while running a toolpath. why??

Post by gpeck »

The controller shut the router off in the middle of running a toolpath. is there a fuse in the controler that would do this??? I finished the toolpath by
plugging the router into wall plug. I have a 2014 black diamond Thanks for any help. Gene

There is a fast blow 10 amp fuse in the controller that is just for that plug where you plug in the router.

By now, I figure you found it.

So that fuse doesn't get over loaded, I bought a 30 amp 110 volt relay and run my router through that where a low current from the controller latches the relay.

Some of these high HP routers can take nearly 10 amps when loaded down.

Turned out to be a wire came loose that controled the plug.
