This machine sure does provide lots of opportunities for using your thinker!
Your reservoir reminds me of a Red Green solution.

I guess it's not happening on the Pirahna. Not enough Z travel.
I will hold this idea for the next CNC, probably the Shark HD Extended.

You could scale the idea down to a size that would be able to engrave pens.
Kind of limited though.

I finally finished my 4th axis. Took me just under a year!

Slick version of the fourth axis! Pretty simple isn't it?
It's obvious that you gave a lot of thought to this project and made some very effective modifications.

I tried some 3D carving using the 4th axis. It requires a bit of math to get the aspect ratio correct, but it turned out really well.
