Laptop

What’s a decent under $200 laptop for running Vectric Pro and can you use chrome book? Newbie user, I appreciate your patience 
Chrome book won't work--it runs Chrome OS. VCarve requires Microsoft Windows with at least 4GB of RAM, but it's otherwise pretty open-ended for what you need.
