Upgrade Router Holder

Post by John 49047 »

Hi Everyone,

I have one of the Mako's and like many of the post talk about the router holder loosens up. I had read on here about a aluminum upgrade holder that a gentleman by the name of Bob has information about that can be purchased for around $40 but I can not seem to find the post again, Can someone let me know how to contact him for that information.

Thank you
John

Thank you Wolffie. Bob started the project and I may have been the 1st to actually buy this clamp. It works perfectly and I am very happy with it!!!

Below are links to pictures of my clamp in use and Sam's contact information. No, I don't get a kickback.

Ed,

Just a note a note, I received my router holder today. Looks great, lines up perfect. I have to pickup
some longer bolts.

Thanks again

That's terrific Tim. I bought all my bolts at Home Depot. Don't forget to use washers to protect the aluminum clamp body.

Good luck,
Ed
