I have had my Shark Pro HD for quite a few years now. Recently it started making a horrible noise with any movement from the z-axis. Up, down - it makes a squealing noise.
I cleaned and sprayed dry lube on the screws and stabilizer bars and it is still making the noise.
Are there bearings that could be going out?

What kind of dry lube are you using?
Teflon, by itself, tends to clog the drive screws.

I'm using Liquid Wrench Dry Lubricant. Is there a better brand I should be using? I'm all for suggestions

I use DuPont Teflon Silicone lubricant. It was recommended by Next Wave.
What you're using could be fine. I'm just unfamiliar with it.
In the past, I have overused Teflon spray. This built up a waxy residue that clogged the lead screws.

Any tips on cleaning the screws? My machine has seen some heavy use this week and I probably need to give it a good cleaning.
