I had posted on Nextwave's support site and they responded today. It appears that a new laser postprocessor resolved my problem. It is now working as expected. Thanks for your advice, Tony.

Any chance there's a LINK to that new post processor?

Sorry, I did not get back sooner. I contacted NextWave Support and they provided me with a new post procssor which I down loaded and used. The laser works now. As of this date, I haven't done anything with it except some testing.
