Yeah, line 65000 is nothing special in the GCode...just another move at the regular feedrate...

That's not even really that many lines. I just took a look, some of mine run into the 138,000 lines and they ran just fine. Of course, they came out of BobCAD, not Vectric, so that could be masking something devious.

I wish you luck getting everyting out on time. Remember that you can always cut the file down. Just copy the whole file to two new ones, leave the preamble and the closing stuff on there, but go to the middle of the file, and cut out the top or bottom half. I'd leave a few lines of overlap, but as long as the XYZ physical position you start from is reasonable, all should work just fine. Just take care to get all of that pre-amble. You want right up to the first movement command. Also, in the second half, be sure there's a feedrate being applied there, since it looks like at line 65000, it's been a while since the feedrate had been set.
