Use nylon bolts just in case the bit goes too far and hits one.

Pattern depends on what ever you want.

the pattern doesn't depend on whatever i want, because the holes have to line up with the t-slots. they need to be spaced a certain distance apart from each other, and i would need counter-sunk holes. hence why i was asking if someone already had a file made i could work from.

Actually it does matter. See, many of us have replaced the aluminum table top with something else. May be a vacuum table. Even if we use the original top, NWA sold them in several lengths. Plus, regarding the extruded aluminum pieces, they are not all the same width, so, depending on how you arranged them, the T nuts would be in different locations. No T nuts can go where the aluminum pieces sit ageist each other. That creates a gap in the pattern.

Some decided to use one piece spoil board where I like to use strips (less to replace since I make a bunch of small pieces).

Check out this Bing search for wood CNC spoil boards. There are way too many different patterns. Pick one you like. Again, alignment to your top may be unique.
