Upgraded my system last night from a Nvidia G-Force 250 to an ATI FirePro V5900.....Wow what a difference. Renderings in Aspire that use to take 15 to 20 minutes are now completed in seconds. Have one design that I had to break up into 3 files to calculate the tool path with the Nvidia card, with the FirePro I was able to do it in 1 file and under 2 minutes to calculate.
For those not familiar with Graphic cards the G-force (and Radeons) are designed more for Gamers, while the ATI FirePro and Nivida Quadro are designed for workstations and CAD applications.
