Guys and Gals.......I know I have asked before... But because of Karen, I know how to use a snipping tool!!!! Yay!! Ahem......And how do I fix it. I gotta get these cut out.....

Dash.
The area into which the tool needs to cut is either exactly the same as the diameter of the tool or smaller. You can make the slots .0001" wider. Or, you can re-define the diameter of the tool as a little bit smaller (.2499)
At least this is how I get around the problem.
Or, I just use a smaller diameter bit, and re-calculate the toolpath.

Morning... Making a simple profile toolpath. Changed bit diameter...Nothing....Very frustrating...

OH MY!!!!
Ya'll I am soooo sorry. I should have checked this site and responded. That was rude and I apologize. You all have always been so responsive and I appreciate it. I looked back at a post I made a couple months ago and still could not figure out what I was doing...I finally saw it.....ANd I think it was the problem we all were working on then. You all didn't have the problem with it but for the life of me, I couldn't see it.
Another lesson learned and the help is very much appreciated.
