The question is, does the manufacturer get enough feedback from their users through customer service? If they do, does that information make it back to the production floor in a away that would influence future production in a positive way. If they do not have an ISO 9000 type system quality accountability in place, they should look into it as it would be a time and money saver for them as well as an aggravation reducer for the users. JMHO.
