Hi,

Is it possible that the origin in your crv file doesn't match the origin you set on the actual material? It appears the origin point in the .crv file is at the center of the piece. Is that where you set your 0,0,0 point before carving?

Otherwise, when you say it only carves 8 inches, do you mean that only a portion of the sign is getting carved, or do you mean the whole sign is carved, just shrunk down to 8 inches?

Gary, I looked at your sign and your using 90 degree 1.25 v bit instead of 90 degree .5 v bit change it in your tool path setup. Also the spacing between the M and e has to be back spaced.

What Post processor are you choosing?
I show you had 4" letters which were a little big for what you were doing and the backspace on M erry, but it should work.
