Hi Everyone - My Shark Pro Plus was birthed from the UPS truck today! The packing peanuts made for a wonderful after-birth. I loaded software and read the manual included in the hardware box. THEN I've had the pleasure of spending hours trying to get the tutorials to play without success. I have audio but no video. I've tried several Players, Windows Media Player appears to closest to doing something with a joyous error message that a "codec" is necessary to play these files. The identity of the codec is well concealed. I've made my best guesses without the joy of breathing life into the little shark.

Can anyone help? Can the tutorials be viewed?
