Problem when doing a profile cut out?

When I do a profile cut out I get a vibration thats sends the bit out of control and the hole unit viberating bad. Therefore damaging my project. Anybody else have this problem? This is using 1/4 two flute down cut bit, my FRO is set at 75%. Any help would be great.

Can you check for the number of vertices you have on the vector you are using to cut the profile? There may be a bazillion, and it is trying to get to each one. Speculating a little here...
