Hi Randy,
Have sent the file to your email address.
Will be away from the forum for a little while so will talk later.
Hope you like it.

Cheers

Thanks Doug!

That will be something for me to get after soon, I'll be really anxious to look into this.

Here's the image and file that Doug sent me, I placed it on my website, that way anyone that needs to look at it can see it.
There are two images, one is the size that Doug sent me, and the other's the same, but smaller.
I had to make a zip file because I couldn't get the .crv file to upload to here, or my site, so zipped up it all could go on my site.
So, I don't know any more than this, but if something's not right when you try and download it, let me know.

This is the large size image in case anyone needs it.

Here's the smaller version of the same image...

Here's the zip file that has it all in it.

Thank you Doug! :D

Hi Randy,
Those 2 photos are just to show the system I was using to clamp the plastic whilst machining and why I left some plastic in place on the right hand side. They do not show the new mount or the Makita router.

Cheers

Hi Doug,

I didn't think that it was something that showed what you talked about, but not knowing for sure what you had in mind, I posted it anyway. :D heheh
Really, I kind'a assumed (or hoped) you might explain what was going on when you returned, so is there a chance that we can see a shot or two of the set-up?
That'd be helpful, to me and more, I'm sure, but if you can't, I sure understand, I know you're busy.

Thanks Doug, I appreciate your time and help.

Randy
