Cutting Aluminum with HD

I have gotten several questions if you can cut metal (non ferris). The answer is yes but you have to go slow (7-8 ipm) and about .03 in depth as a pass. If you go faster or deeper you will probably overheat your bits.
The example is a 1.5 cutout and some slots with a 1/8 inch 4 flute endmill. It took about 20 mins to do. If you need something in a pinch then this works pretty well.
