Found this on another forum, great information.

In regards to RPM and chipload, here's a helpful chart

There are a couple things to keep in mind with any of these kinds of tables.

1. They are only good for that manufacturers tools.

2. Wood is too variable for any decent information in such a simple table.

That is not to say that they are useless. Just something to keep in mind.
